Treatment Comparison

Enclomiphene Citrate vs. Testosterone Cypionate

Two Different Paths. One Goal: Optimal Testosterone

What is Enclomiphene?

Enclomiphene is a selective estrogen receptor modulator (SERM) — specifically the active isomer of clomiphene citrate.

Instead of replacing testosterone directly, it works upstream by blocking estrogen receptors in the hypothalamus and pituitary gland.

This tricks your brain into thinking estrogen is low, which causes it to release more LH (luteinizing hormone) and FSH (follicle-stimulating hormone) — the signals that tell your testes to produce more testosterone naturally.

In short: your body makes its own testosterone, just more of it.

WHO IS ENCLOMIPHENE BEST FOR?

Enclomiphene is the ideal choice if you are a man with secondary hypogonadism — meaning your testes are capable of producing testosterone, but your brain isn't sending the right signals.

This covers almost all men with low-T symptoms. It's especially well-suited if you are younger, want to preserve fertility, or simply want to avoid committing to lifelong testosterone injections.
