What is Enclomiphene?
Enclomiphene is a selective estrogen receptor modulator (SERM) — specifically the active isomer of clomiphene citrate.
Instead of replacing testosterone directly, it works upstream by blocking estrogen receptors in the hypothalamus and pituitary gland.
This tricks your brain into thinking estrogen is low, which causes it to release more LH (luteinizing hormone) and FSH (follicle-stimulating hormone) — the signals that tell your testes to produce more testosterone naturally.
In short: your body makes its own testosterone, just more of it.
